Moses Chan and Charmaine Sheh's photos were used for promotions at a Frozen Yogurt shop without permission and has led to alleged portrait infringement. Moses admitted he will refuse nobody when it comes to taking photos, he said: "I am not sure what is going on, but usually when I'm out shopping or eating, there will be citizens coming up to me for pictures. It's a very casual thing and I personally don't mind at all. I feel we can draw in the gap. Even if they ask to take pictures, then post on Weibo or Facebook, that is just for personal use, not a problem!" Moses said if clients want him to do an advertisement or promotion for them, they can contact him through TVB.
When asked if a sexy girl comes along at a night club, asking for him for an intimate photo, wouldn't that attract rumors easily? He said with a stern face: "I've been influenced by traditional beliefs. I will be cautious when taking photos and will keep my hands by my side, then have a wooden expression and only have my eyes on the camera. I am not worried about rumors."
Moses has successfully lost weight and initiated a suggestion that a slimming company should hire him to be their spokesperson. He said: "New year greetings is just a normal greeting, not a time to discuss about marriage. Please calm down everyone! I will call my girlfriend's parents in Canada to send them new year greetings as well."
